Thanks to all the Hospice staff who helped to make Mums last days as comfortable as possible and to John and Paul for being there for Mum till the end.
We didn't see much of each other in recent years but we spoke often and I know Mum lived a long, happy and successful life.
Memories will surround me every day in the mirror, in the garden, in letters, cards, hand me downs, many words of wisdom and lots of knitting ! Those memories will guide me on my way and keep me strong !
Not a goodbye but a fare thee well and lots of love always from daughter Yvonne 🌻

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
Extract from a poem by Henry Scott Holland
